WholesaleOS ("we," "our," or "the Service") is operated by Evergreen Holdings LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will never sell your personal information to third parties.
Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and company name.
Usage data: We collect data you enter into the Service, including leads, buyer contacts, deal analysis inputs, and campaign information. This data is stored securely and is only accessible to your account.
Payment information: Subscription and credit pack payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or full payment details — only basic subscription status and Stripe customer identifiers.
Technical data: We may collect browser type, IP address, and usage logs to maintain and improve the Service. This data is used for security and performance purposes only.
AI queries: When you use the Auto-Underwrite feature, the property address you enter is sent to Anthropic's API to generate deal analysis. These queries are subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which runs on AWS infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We use Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure your data is only accessible to your account. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no system is completely secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data remains accessible until you delete your account. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Account Settings page. Trial accounts inactive for more than 30 days may be automatically deleted.

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
