By creating an account or using WholesaleOS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including those with free trials and paid subscriptions.
WholesaleOS is a software platform designed to assist real estate wholesalers with lead management, deal analysis, buyer network management, and AI-powered property underwriting. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for informational and organizational purposes only.
WholesaleOS does not provide legal, financial, investment, or real estate brokerage advice. All deal analysis, valuations, and repair estimates generated by the Service are estimates only and should not be relied upon as professional appraisals or investment advice.
New accounts receive a 3-day free trial with full access to the Service. No payment method is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, access to the Service will be suspended until a paid subscription is activated. Trial accounts and their data may be deleted after 30 days of inactivity.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. WholesaleOS does not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@wholesaleos.sale within 7 days of the charge.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate property valuations, repair estimates, comparable sales data, and market notes. This content is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You should independently verify all AI-generated information before making any business, financial, or legal decisions. WholesaleOS is not liable for any losses arising from reliance on AI-generated content.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service (leads, buyers, notes, etc.). WholesaleOS will not sell your data to third parties.
The WholesaleOS platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Evergreen Holdings LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WholesaleOS and Evergreen Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Evergreen Holdings LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
